Cancellation Policy
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a cancellation fee ($75) for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. Booking cancel within in 24hr will not be refunded they're deposit you may reschedule (1) time for a different date.
NO REFUND: For reservation being canceled within (7) days of your event. you may reschedule (1) time for a different date and time

PRIVACY POLICY: Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Note: We are there to make sure that your group is making the most of our high-tech fun. He tutors, inspires and entertains.
TRAVEL TIME: We are a mobile facility therefore we have no control over traffic/weather your booking may be delay due to traffic/weather we will still honor the time you booked
your legendary experience will start once we are park and setup (setup time is about 10-15mins)
Parking Instructions: For our trailer to work property the area needs to be FLAT as possible have area cleared for our designated location to park before we arrive so your legendary experience wouldn't be shortened in time we do not park on grass or drive across grasses area due to the weight of our trailer to prevent it from being stuck make sure all entrances and exits are wide enough for our trailer to enter and exits properly we do not services apartment complexes.
TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Travel fee may be applied if you are outside of Metro Atlanta Major Counties
(Fulton, Dekalb Cobb Henry Rockdale Gwinnett Counties)
BAD WEATHER: Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling was designed for all types of weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times. Guests ages 17 and under require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the trailer should need to contact them arise. Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling Policy And Rules
ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party; however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served and not control.

DAMAGE/INJURY: Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the trailer in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

FOOD/DRINK: Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling does not allow any food or drinks for ages 16 and under Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES: While your party is in effect the we will be taking pictures/ videos of the party from inside/outside the trailer. You will then be able to view and pay for these pictures on Legendary Strikes Mobile Bowling website and instagram. If you do not want your event film and picture posted on our website and instagram please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.
